1. Overview

Leather Pattern Pad is designed to help leather crafters draft patterns, track material details, organize project notes, and save progress images on their own device.

We designed the Application with a privacy-first approach. The Application does not require account registration and does not collect personal information through normal use.

2. What Information Does the Application Collect?

The Application does not collect, log, transmit, or store personal information when you download or use it. Any project details, notes, material records, or images you add to the Application are intended to remain on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, or otherwise transfer them using your own device or third-party services.

If the Application is accessed using an active internet connection, standard technical network information, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be processed by networks or platform infrastructure to enable connectivity. We do not retain this information, use it for tracking, or build profiles from it.

3. Location Data

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

4. Third-Party Access and Sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, we do not share Application user data with third parties.

The Application may be distributed through third-party app stores, such as Google Play. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own privacy policies and account settings.

5. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data from the Application because we do not collect or store personal data through the Application.

Any content you create inside the Application, such as project profiles, leather material notes, pattern details, build notes, or photos, is controlled by you on your device. We do not have access to this content and do not keep a copy on our servers.

If you contact us directly by email, we may retain your message and contact details only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, handle support, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Deletion

Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no Application user data for us to delete.

To remove Application content stored on your device, you can delete individual content inside the Application where available, clear the Application data through your device settings, or uninstall the Application from your device.

If you previously contacted us directly and want us to delete personal information you voluntarily provided by email, contact us at support@tickledpunk.it.com. We will handle deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.

7. Opt-Out Rights

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there are no tracking, marketing, analytics, or profiling data collection activities to opt out of within the Application.

You may stop all use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or store personal data from children through the Application.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has voluntarily provided information to us outside the Application, they may contact us and request deletion.

9. Security

Because the Application does not collect or store personal data on our servers, the risk of exposure of Application user data through our systems is minimal. However, no digital system is completely secure.

We recommend keeping your device updated and using appropriate device-level security, such as screen locks, operating system updates, and secure backups where needed.

10. Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting Application personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving any personal information you voluntarily provided to us outside the Application, we will take appropriate steps and notify affected individuals where required by applicable law.

11. Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to us outside the Application and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
